Specially developed and biodegradable detergents
An important part of the Lagoon process is the specially developed detergents and protective additives used together with the water-based cleaning. The products are formulated for professional wetcleaning and are biodegradable.
At Washaway we use professional laundry chemistry from Christeyns, including Flux-Multi. The products work together with the water and the tailored wash programs to effectively dissolve soil while caring for sensitive fibres and materials during the process.
The protective additives are especially important when treating delicate textiles. Instead of focusing solely on removing soil, the entire process is designed to take the garment’s fibres, structure, colour and shape into account.
The detergents are also dosed automatically. The system adds the right amount of product for the process at hand, which gives an even, controlled treatment and reduces the risk of unnecessary overdosing.
Together with Electrolux Professional Lagoon Advanced Care, this gives us a controlled wash process where water, biodegradable detergents, protective additives, gentle drum movements and carefully controlled drying work together.
